Meet Jackie – Cellist & Educator in Colorado

I’m Jackie, a cellist and music educator based in Colorado. I’ve been playing for nearly 20 years and teaching for over a decade. I work with students of all ages and currently direct orchestra programs in public schools across the Denver metro area. Alongside teaching, I perform at weddings, private events, gallery openings, and community concerts.

My goal is to bring the warmth and depth of live cello to elevate meaningful moments. I love creating customized set lists and curating a sound that fits each unique setting.

I founded Sautillé Strings to offer both personalized instruction and elevated performance services – all rooted in my passion for expressive, accessible music. Whether I’m in the studio, the classroom, or onstage, I aim to help others connect with music in a way that feels authentic and memorable.
